What’s a Psi Freak?
A Psi Freak is someone with awesome powers called psionics! There are over 8 different types of psionics, each one controlling something rad like heat, sound, or moisture. These extraordinary folks are the heroes of the game, and they're ready to take on the world!
Why can't I explore beyond certain areas?
Some areas in Psi Freak are still locked up tight, and here’s the deal: the game was built over three years, but it’s not fully tested online yet. To keep things running smooth, we’re opening up new spots bit by bit. We want to catch any bugs and fix 'em up before we unlock more. Thanks for being patient as we build this wild world together!
Is this game for kids, grown-ups, or both?
Psi Freak is rated "E for Everyone," so it's perfect for players 6 and up. With fun battles featuring cool items like yo-yos and frisbees, plus the power of psionics, it’s a blast for all ages!
Can I spend real money on extras?
Nope! Psi Freak is all about fairness, with no pay-to-win stuff. We want every player to enjoy the game and level up their skills, without having to buy anything extra. It’s all about having a good time and earning your way!
Can I play Psi Freak on other systems?
Right now, Psi Freak is only available on Windows. I’m focused on perfecting the game for Windows users, but who knows—maybe in the future, we'll expand to other platforms! For now, stick with Windows for the best experience.
Will Psi Freak be on Steam?
At the moment, Psi Freak is only available on itch.io. I love that itch.io lets indie devs connect directly with players like you, so we can build something special together. Maybe Steam’s in the future, but for now, itch.io is where it’s at!
